Shipping and Returns

However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return or exchange a product, and we want to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Please read our shipping, return, and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY (DOMESTIC): We offer free express shipping in the US on all orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

SHIPPING POLICY (INTERNATIONAL): The cost of shipping will be calculated at the checkout based on the destination and international service selected. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be imposed by their country's customs office. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be the responsibility of the customer. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order arrives in a timely and secure manner. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your package.

RETURN POLICY: We offer free returns on unused products within 14 days from the delivery date. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a full credit refund. Please note that the returned product must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and packaged in the original boxes to ensure a credit refund. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request.

ITEMS ON SALE: all items on sale are considered final sale, and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

RETURN REQUESTS: To initiate a return request, please send an email to help@borserie.com In your email, please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you a return label to print and attach to the package.

PACKAGING: Please ensure that you have the original packaging when you initiate a return request. All returned products must be packaged in the original boxes to ensure a credit refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY: For exchanges, within 14 days of receipt, follow the same rules as returns (unused original package, etc.). We can refuse an exchange if the returned product does not comply with these terms.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS: To initiate an exchange request, please send an email to help@borserie.com. In your email, please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will then send you an exchange label to print and attach to the package.

SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES:We offer free shipping for exchanges. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return policy criteria, we will ship out the replacement item.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS: We offer free shipping for exchanges. Borserie Artigiane cannot be held accountable for packages lost during a return or exchange. Customers need to submit a delivery receipt to help@borserie.com and can buy additional insurance.

CREDIT REFUNDS: All credit refunds will be directed back to the original payment method used to place the order within 5 days of the package's receipt and inspection.
